All I ever listen to anymore is Bolt Thrower and Terrorizer. And I've been pretty out of the loop. Last death metal album I can remember really digging was that Bone Sickness album. Anyone got anything worth half a shit? Nothing with any religious or "fun" vibes. I want death, like in the vein of dying or killing, not joy or being alive.

Contaminated "Final Man" Undergang - pick anything Verminous "Impious Sacrilege" (some vague 'religious' themes but it's total death, should scratch the Terrorizer/Repulsion/Nihilist itch, no magickal nerdy trianglecore to be found here)

I second Undergang. Those gurgle vocals (think Demilich) rule

I remember really digging Ex Dementia and I never really hear anyone talk about them. Seconded on Genocide Pact too.

All cool bands. The two that really stuck out the most to me were Necroholocaust and Genocide Pact, specifically Forged Through Domination for Genocide Pact. Cool shit. Genocide Pact's vocals really do it for me. Necro just seemed like the good parts of black and death with not too much muddiness.
I don't really care if it's old or new. I just want it to sound thick with heavy riffs, guttural vocals without too much burpiness. I like music I can lift weights to. Music that makes me think about crushing the skulls of the weak and those faithful to the God Emperor.
