Me. I DIDN'T MEAN TO THOUGH and it was only like twice for 1 item and like 7 as trades. I'm definitely a "trying to get his shit together" type right now after years of reclusion and this being said I don't even really distro anymore.

Post on this thread labels or people who have ripped you off. If they end up coming through, please log back in to this thread and clear their names! ID SAY ADD NO COMPLY/SIX CENTS RECORDS FOR THAT 7" THEY RELEASED ESPICALLY CAUSE THE GUY KNEW ABOUT IT WHEN IT HAPPENED MAYBE THROW WILLS NAME ON THEIR TOO FOR NOT TELLING PEOPLE ABOUT IT WHEN THEY BOUGHT IT CANT GET OVER THE FACT THEY WOULD RELEASE A RECORD WITH ERRORS ON BOTH SIDES GOT THIS EMAIL RESPONSE TO VERIFY Hey I'm really sorry about that.. here is the story.I wasn't supposed to help on this record, it was supposed to be on A Product Of Six Cents. He sent the masters in on colored CD-Rs which apparently can get read weird on the machines when mastering them. He sent them in and heard the skip and reported it to the pressing plant... the plant said that the error was his fault because he sent in the colored CD-R and that if he wanted to get this fixed he'd have to pay replating cost (which is usually $200-$300). Justin kind of has a rough time lately with his girlfriend and his mother being sick so he just has to approve them, saying that he kind of likes the skip. He then doesn't hae time or money to do the covers, and I'm on the record, he says he wants me to be a part of it so I paid for the covers and he sent a portion of the records. So I'm really sorry it wasn't quite up to snuff with other TLAL stuff, wasn't something I had my hands on completely. I hope you realize future releases won't be like that, and if its a consolation, next order you make... hit me up before or after and I'll send you a free TLAL 7" of your choosing in there. Sorry about that! -Will

I think someone might have a bone to pick with you Will haha!
Also, skateanddestroy, please add punctuation and quit with the ALL CAPS. I had to read that shit like 4 times to actually figure out what you were saying and it sounds to me like Will stepped up to help get the record out and then made the effort to make up for something that wasn't even his fault to begin with.
Please wipe the sand out of your vagina before further posting, thank you.

doesn't sound like it's Will's fault and he even offered to make up for it with a free record.
as a side note, the APOSC CD comp is lossy sourced (tsk tsk tsk, transcodes are bad).

The error is on every no comply-one sided 7" record. The reason i say it is a ripp off is because the email i got refered to the error coming from no comply/six cents productions themselves they were aware of the error (drum machine skipping on the record) and did not fix the error because it would cost $200-300 dollars. I think that to not fix the error and sell the product is a rip off as i just spent my hard earned money on a record that was not recorded properly and still sold to me by TO LIVE A LIE and Six Cents Productions.

Than Relapse records is a rip off too for selling that Noisear/The Arson Project split that has more gaps/silence on it than songs.
Time to get myself refunded!

Really bums me out reading about xTruex Nate back on page 4. A few years ago that guy was the only good thing about Edmonton. It's weird, reading about all these assholes everywhere, I imagine them all as skeevy sketch-cases sitting behind their computers trying to rip people off for the price of a few 7''s, but Nate has/had always been the nicest dude who kept his distro in order and was putting out releases with a good rhythm. I was shocked when Sam of Rape Revenge told me about him not responding to emails and not sending out their 7''s, but like Taylor said he has a very hectic life I suppose, and I haven't seen him in over a year now so I don't know what it's like for him now. He actually came out of hiding in the summer to put on the Punch show when they came through town, but I wasn't in town so I didn't get to talk to him. People change I guess, and in this case it' s a huge bummer.
