Okay, so there is this awesome sauce at a few of the taquerias around my house that is made with avacado and chillis. It is still pretty thin, easily poured on tacos, but kinda thicker than most. AWESOME flavor and a good amount of HOTTT! Best ever. I always ask for extra and save it in my fridge for home tacos.
Also dig cock-sauce, of course.

There's an El Azteca by my work that I frequent for lunch that makes this fucking raaaaaaaaaad hot sauce that sounds similar to what you described. As far as I can tell it isn't on the menu, you just have to ask for it. It's like a pastel green and kinda creamy, definitely "pour-able" but they claim it's just made with jalapenos. I don't think there's any way that's true... they just don't wanna give up the secret recipe. Turns mediocre chain restaurant mexican food into the food of the gods.

Fuck yeah! that's the stuff! It has no name, but if you ask and you sound like you know what you're talking about they will hook it up!
GREEN SAUCE WITH NO NAME!!
Nick, next time you come to MPLS I'll make sure you get some.

I used to collect hot sauce and it's just about the only condiment I use. Counting down the days until my hemorrhoid surgery. This is my all around favorite, I put it on everything. It is similar to the medium sauce at just about any hot wing restaurant. This is a really great one I had for a while. It is light on the spicy side and has honey listed as one of the ingredients. This is another that was just really killer. Super hot and has pears in it. I put this on some duck tacos I made earlier this year and never has diarrhea been more worth it.

The jalapeƱo sauce (you have to ask for it and it costs like $0.40) at Taco Hell will make your b-hole sweat. Its the same sauce that comes on the quesadillas. I usually get two and drench all of my food in it.

Got a bottle of Jolokia hot sauce and a bottle of Craig's Ultra Death sauce yesterday. Gonna try to make chili burgers without killing myself.

I made a deadly habanero/ ghost pepper sauce last week. Kind of sweet and fruity but extremely painful, it'll be lasting a good while.
