I remember getting this recipe off the Internetz but I can't seem to find it anywhere now. Anyway, I've got this awesome goodness etched in my heart so here goes:
2 blocks chilled tofu 1 and a half tablespoonfuls olive oil oregano to taste ground black pepper to taste salt to taste
The seasonings are at your discretion. I usually dump in about 12 shakes each of the pepper and the oregano, followed by about 4 shakes of salt.
I make this stuff as a "snack"; it's so awesome I eat it by the bowlfuls. You can use this as a cheese replacer too (for toppings, etc). The best thing about this is that it's so easy to make AND dirt cheap. The above recipe could probably act as toppings for 2 whole 12" pizzas. Maybe even 3 if you're less generous.
Put it on the pan and grill it for a bit if you're looking for something more "scrambled", but it's just as great raw.
I could go on and on... try it!

I make scrambled tofu all the time... things you need to add to that to make a good scrambled tofu is cumin, nutritional yeast, some other spice, and some veggies and garlic.

Oh tofu, how bomb as shit you are!
I haven't done it in a while, but I used to make tofu "parmesan" sandwiches by slicing tofu about 1/2" thick, dipping it in italian bread crumbs, then into plain soy milk, back into the bread crumbs and pan frying it in olive oil.

I can post my homemade pizza recipe here sometime soon, I wasn't going to because I used mozz and it therefor wasn't vegan, but now that I think about it, this'll work fine.
