Just voicing a little random praise for Gotta Groove Records in Cleveland here! A little on the higher end of the cost spectrum but zero problems, great back and forth with everyone I spoke with on the phone and their in-house mastering guy did a fantastic job cutting the record. They also beat their projected ship date by a week.

I know Cyclopean Records press(ed) through them. so if you want to check quality grab the Slaughter Strike 12" or the first Mammoth Grinder LP. I remember them looking and sounding pretty sharp

Another excellent cassette j-card job recently completed by Econopress Printing! Also, NAC has really improved their mastering quality and turn around time in the past few months. Just got a new cassette order back that took just under a month from the time they received the master until I got the finished tapes. They sound fantastic!

More praise for National Audio Company. Their project coordinators are top notch and extremely helpful. Turnaround is super fast (under a month) and they have the best prices I have found in the US for small runs of jcards and complete pro. tape packages.

Archer Records in Detroit get my approval. They maybe slow in communication but they always meet there deadlines. I've done 3 projects with them and they all came out awesome. There easy to deal with and are priced competitively. And you get to deal with a small family owned company, Im all about that.

I usually have no problems with NAC, but last week I ordered 100 empty tape cases and 100 sheets of tape labels. My package came with all of the labels, but it only came with a single tape case.

I assume they rectified this problem? On a happier note, URP exceeded expectation and got us our test presses for the Grinchfinger / Violent Gorge 7" really fast, after giving us a ridiculous time estimate initially. Hoping the final run will be finished up soon!

United gave me an estimated turn time of five months for a recent LP project and they took damn near exactly five months to the day. Just got test presses for a new 7" EP project from them that is coming together drastically quicker than what they'd estimated. Both projects were cut by Dave from Lucky Lacquers and both sound excellent. Also have a 7" project slowly working it's way through Gotta Groove in Cleveland. Sloth-like production speed (as promised) but the reference lacquers sound fantastic.
Have had a bunch of black and white 7" covers and inserts done by Econopress in the past few months and all turned out great. Fast as fuck and way cheaper than anyone else I've used. Nice dude, too!

I assume they rectified this problem? Yea, I kind of forgot about this post. Otherwise I would have updated it saying that the issue was fixed. I called them and they sent me the cases free of charge, with no issues at all.
