Singer/songwriter/guitarist seeking band mates to stage new rock opera

I have a rock opera 90% written and it's time to look for band mates.
I am seeking a lead guitarist, secondary guitarist who can also play leads, keyboard/multi-instrumentalist, bass player, and percussionist. I need at least one female who can sing as one of the band mates. Ideally, every participant should have decent singing skills.
I am an experienced, quality writer of lyrics, a strong vocalist, average guitarist with some lead ability, harmonica player and can usually get at least something out of anything. You will have to decide if you think the music I write (by ear) is decent in your opinion.
The story of the opera is set against the Iraq War. This would be hard rock, inspired by the sounds of The Who and other dynamic bands, but with modern touches.
My intention is to perform the opera as a band, without theatrical staging, at local clubs and work up from there to larger and larger venues, ideally making real money doing something we love to do. Visual effects may come later, if the music is well-received.
It's been a long time since somebody tried something like this and I think it could really bring people out to see live music again. I've notice there are a lot of good venues in the Rhode Island area again, and a lot of instrumental talent, but not much showmanship like you might have seen in the '80s and '90s club hay days. I believe people want a show and will turn off their computers and TVs and come on out if you give them one.
Age is of no concern. No drinking or drug dependency issues, please. I am looking for reliable people who arrive on-time and who like to have fun.
I can't wait to hear from you.
